Summer Series: Race Review

Our #SummerSeries got off to a flying start on Wednesday with runners joining us from all over to participate in the 5K virtual race.

Special thanks must go out to Matt Seddon (@coach_seddon) for providing his usual great race commentary. The whole race really felt like a ‘Teem’ event and the feedback from runners has been great, with many commenting that Matt’s motivation really helped them to shift gears into race-mode and push that little bit harder.

We know that many racers were running in hot conditions too, so a special well done to those racers for powering through! Please continue to send us your running selfies, we really like to see the routes and runs that our Teem Up members choose to race.
